Great app; room for some improvement!
This app is a great way to create convenient, tailored yoga routines to do at home. Im a fourth year med student with very little time, so this is basically my sole workout source for the time being.
I use this app regularly and really love it; however, I have some suggestions (for the creators of the app) for fast mode in which you design your own routines:
1. Allow an individual to highlight, copy, and paste a short series of poses that they want to repeat multiple times in a routine.
2. Allow an individual to "create a pose" and insert that pose into the pose bank for incorporations into routines. Since I use this program multiple times a week, even a huge base of 250 poses can begin to feel repetitive.
3. Calculate the difficulty and caloric use of a user-designed routine.
